When it comes to food, Shaday’s passion has always revolved around celebrating around a good meal while entertaining others. Growing up in Senegal, she loved cooking for friends and developed a strong interest in flavors that eventually brought her pursue exploring a broader path in the culinary world. Inspired by home-style cuisine from her family and travels across countries, acquiring spices and experimenting with them, years later, Shaday now own and operate a catering company with exciting, tasty and nutritious meals.

The inspiration for my dishes comes from everywhere, Destinations travelled, Mom’s cooking, past experiences, food network and books.I knew cooking was a passion from what i felt hosting and cooking for family, friend; always Introducing ThE them to new flavors and rounding everyone for tastings and sunday dinner. gathering around one plater is a common african tradition and a staple of senegalese culture; food brings people together. when I experience new dishes, I focus on the flavors and dish composition in order to recreate and enhance the experience. I enjoy blending the recipes, flavors and process of my upbringing with new twists To capture people from their first bite. I’ve always loved food and feeding people. As much as the world evolves, food changes with it and i want to take people’s palates with me Along this amazing journey.
